How to deactivate your account and request erasure.
Deactivate in the app
Sign in, open Account, then use the permanent account-deactivation control. Password confirmation is required and active sessions are ended.
Request deletion without the app
Email [PUBLIC PRIVACY EMAIL] from the address registered to your account. The final identity-verification and response process must be approved before public launch.
What happens to information
Access to the account is disabled. Some information may be deleted, anonymised or retained where necessary for security, dispute resolution or legal obligations. Exact deletion and retention periods remain placeholders pending the final data-retention schedule.
